My schedule is 1 day off 2 days on.
1- Can i do Traction wraping on my off days for 1 hour, or off days are for complete rest??
2- Can i do edging for 1 hour in my off days, in place of traction wraping??
3- Or i can do both for 1 hour each in off days??
