  • 1.75Inch Reduction of Fatpad Goal.

I want to keep this as short and on point as much as possible.

Well, after hanging for 2 months. Ive went from 6.8 BPEL to 7.5BPEL but no gains in EL (5.5)

Its frusterating to know that I could really be 6.5-7.25 inches EL. Seeing as the average fatpad is .25-1 inch. Mine is 2 inches.

My mind is set and And I want to reach atleast the 1 inch fatpad size. If possible.

My current situation is tough, im working 2 jobs/ school so I never have time to exercise. The only time I have for PE is when doing homework at night( I usually get off at 10 but I hang weights ) After I left the military.. I was exercising for 2 hours everyday.. But then I got a job and went to school.

I started having severe anxiety/panic attacks? I guess from the military? But
I was put on SSRI's/ AntiDepressants/Hydroxzine Paomate which have severe weight gain.

But I dont eat fast food/Drink soda/sweets/junk food. Both my jobs are very physical. So at the moment.. My weight isnt getting higher.. But isnt going lower.. It really is stuck at its current weight.

So this is where I need advice... Since im very busy all day pretty much.. I barely have any time for serious exercising. But im thinking running every night around the neighborhood for 30 minutes? / Eating only about 800 calories everyday ( As much fruits/veggies.. No milk/ lotta water)
All while doing my usual 4x20 hanging sessions. Maybe I should just do hanging? Or incorporate jelqing/extending/edging

I was on a hcg drop diet and it was a 500-700 calorie diet and I lost about 30 pounds with no exercise. But I stopped cause I didnt wana mix it with my meds.

Since im at a 7 1/2 BPEL .. What do you guys think my EL can turn out to be when I loose a decent amount of weight? Is it possible for a .25 fatpad?

Everyone is different.I'm 5ft 11'' ,209 lbs , 13 % bodyfat and my fat path is 0.3'' , even when I was at 25 % BF my fat path was 0.5''.Start reading about nutrition , eating 800 kcal a day won't do any good for you.You might end up losing way too much muscle mass and very little fat , which won't reduce your fat path as much as you want.Get 1 gram of protein and 0.3-0.5 gram of fat per lb of bodyweight , and reduce your carb intake, that's pretty much it.Once a week do a refeed day-Lower your protein a bit , and add anywhere from 300 to 500 grams of carbs. It won't affect your weight loss , it will help you , that way your metabolism won't slow down. You don't have to exercise , but if you have some free time , go for a run, it will help your weight loss , and it will improve blood flow (better EQ).

    Good luck.

well they told me I was 31% bodyfat when I first started working out and I really dont know where its at but anyway I have about 1" - 1 1/4" and Im not really hopefull about losing it. Im sure at your 2" you can get rid of some of that but to get to .25" may be unrealistic?

I've lost 80 lbs. in the last year and I have noticed no significant reduction in my fat pad. I read an article a few years ago that said that the pubic mound is the last and hardest to lose; in this doctor's words the fat there is "priviledged." He compared it to the fat of the royals and nobles when the peasants were skinny and starving. I am seriously considering liposuction for mine-when I get to my ideal weight.
        Start: 09/01/2011 BPEL 5", EG 4.5"

        Current: 09/12/2014 BPEL 6.25", EG 4.8"

Intense cardio in the morning and small meals and snacks throughout the day. Get that metabolism kicking early and keep it up with small meals and your physical jobs.

Lipo WILL work. If you have 1" of fat pad at 15% of bodyfat, and have the fatpad LIPO'd to .25", the fatpad will be .25" at 15% of bodyfat. If you gain body fat it will increase, but if you shrink it back to 15% the fatpad will be to .25".

LIPO removes cells, and now that the cells are gone there is less to grow when you do gain fat.

There was a member on thunders who had it done and it was his observation. He gained 1" of visible cock length, and more in the flaccid state. He said it was worth it, because he could see what he had. The surgery is worth it considering all the time you may put in ( 100's of hrs ) to try to reduce your bodyfat to a level that the fat pad will decrease, and then it still may not decrease.

To get the pubic area done by itself is around $1500-$2000. Many docs are recommending the lower and upper abs at the same time. The reason is that the lowerabs body fat may dip down into the fatpad area.

I know how much the fatpad sucks, use your hand to pull it back to expose the full length of your cock. It will make you feel better to see it, and you can imagine what it will look like without a fatpad.

Oh and cottage cheese before bed. Slow absorbing casien protein which will keep your muscles healing during sleep.

Well as far as your fat pad, I'm not sure on how much you can loose there, but I do know how to loose body fat, because we have to know how to do this for bodybuilding competition. so here is the run down.

It's really about being disciplined with your nutrition and training regimen, then remaining disciplined in the long term. That is where most people go wrong.

They will eat clean and train hard for a number of days, or even weeks, then fall off the wagon.

When it comes to getting ripped, there is a lot of wide-spread confusion as far what the best way is to achieve this.

As complicated as so many people make it sound, the premise behind fat loss and getting ripped is very simple. What it boils down to, is figuring out a plan that you can adhere to that will allow you reduce your daily calorie intake enough to starve the fat cells sufficiently, to experience a reduction of body-fat, yet still provide enough nutrition to support your body's maintenance and growth needs so that you can also build some muscle.

The best way to do this is by making food selections that are lower in calories, yet higher in nutritional value. Regular cardio training will benefit your fat-loss efforts. Too much cardio however, will increase adrenal hormones in your body that will work against fat loss. In other words, more isn't always better. 3 cardio sessions per week, about 15-20 minute long, will usually be enough for most people.

You will see good progress simply by consuming less processed foods, especially anything that comes in a box, and instead, consuming more whole foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, which are much more nutrient dense, yet lower in calories. Be careful with cold cereals and also breads. Most often, the most common brands available will contain allot of extra calories in the form of refined sugars, which will be counter-productive to fat loss. Also, try to keep alcohol consumption to minimum. Alcohol will increase cortisole levels in the body, which will also be counter-productive to fat-loss, as well as muscle gain.

If you have limited food selections, and you aren't able to substitute many of your food choices, then cutting back back the portion sizes of your meals by about 1/3 or so, will produce adequate fat-loss results within a couple months or so. Quality supplementation can also be very helpful to your goals. 2 supplements that I've found of great value that you may want to consider are creatine and HMB. (All American EFX) offers the very best quality forms of these two supplements. They can be found in the GNC stores, under the names: Kre-Alkalyn and HBM.

As long as you go with the higher end companies such as EAS, Muscle Tech, and the many big names out there you should get good quality products.

These are enhanced forms of creatine and HMB, that will help maximize nitrogen retention, and protein synthesis, to support anabolism (building muscle) as you gradually reduce your daily caloric intake to decrease body-fat levels. As these supplements help you gain muscle, the increase in lean mass will raise your basal metabolic rate and allow you to burn even more fat!

I hope this helps a bit.

                  Keep at it,
                  Ronnie

Focus on working out the muscles under the fat pad so they can burn the fat away. These same muscles should help increase EQ and general sexual performance. I can't tell you what exercises will work for you but I'm sure you can figure some out.

.25" is very small and there is some padding there that is necessary. I would shoot for 1". My fat pad has increased through PE due to the ligaments crawling out of the body along with my inner penis.

Get to an ideal weight for your frame, or to a weight where you were previously where the fat pad was slimmer.

Obviously diet and excersize will counter all the excessess of food that you have eaten over the years which accumulated to your fat stores.

Your HCG diet or similar just low cal low carb diets for periods of time combined with excersize will work wonders. Just keep the fat coming off and you too will have a slim fat pad.
