Maybe you're big or small I want to start a thread for recommendations for bulge enhancing wear.
Women do it with padded bras why shouldn't we maximise assets?
Not suggesting using padding I mean normal undies with an enhancing effect, I'm personally getting more into rocking a bulge at work.

So there are some lines from the brand Manstore, particularly M272 that has an integrated rubber ring (pseudo cock-ring?) and their 'bungy' line that lifts your package up and to the front.

I'm probably going to buy a pair of both soon!

I haven't really thought about this kind of thing. I will admit however that when I buy jeans I try them on first to see how they fit my bulge, butt and thighs. The keepers are those with an "enhancing effect".

I looked up some of their products. A "push-up" version looks like a change of pace with a front flap and snaps: MANstore M262 Click Pant. In the 262, a definite ring is used. I'd like to know how it feels for all-day wear.

Intymen (intymen.com) makes a line of underwear with a front liner with a hole in the front through which you insert your entire package such that it holds and pushes it forward. Produces a nice looking bulge, even for smaller guys.

Ok so the push up pants:
Really nice material, bit of a hyrbrid stretch stuff, really comfortable.
There is a layer of the fabric in front of the pouch with a hole maybe 1'' diameter. This expands easily and you put your whole package, balls and all through the hole which keeps everything lifted up inside the 'normal' pouch you'd have on such underwear.
In all it works well if you are having a good flaccid day (i'm only on JP90 so not everyday is a good flaccid one necessarily!)
With tighter jeans/trousers it definately helps with a bulge and is comfortable, though after a day there is a slight indentation under my balls from the material, not sore but you can feel it.

The other pair has a rubber cock ring sewn in. Its about 1.5'' diameter.
I have yet to get through it for the rubber is very grippy against the skin. Also having never worn a cock ring i'm a bit anxious about getting stuck!
I think if i get through with some waterbased lube i'd just get an erection and not be able to go out with it.
The design i got has a small cutaway at the top which is interesting...you can pull the top of the undies down and get your shaft through it...but still keeping your undies on..makes me feel hot..wish I had someone to fuck lol...reminds me of crotchless panties for women.

If your flaccids are huge i wouldn't recommend it as you may spill out of this hole but there is the normal version if you wish.

All in all I probably wouldn't buy the cock ring version again and would try the hysterie pant that manstore does which has elastic in the pouch and just lifts your package straight up.
The pusher pant is very nice and comfortable and does hold everything forward nicely.

Another favourite is the Gregg Homme Torrid series.
It projects ok but it feels so hot to wear them. I have one pair of the boxer brief version:

I use a 1.5" O-ring, kegel and jelq to plump it. Stays plump for the day. Just don't kegel and jelq too much blood in there, you want to keep circulation. Worth a shot.

Underwear that is tight on the buttocks and thighs but which has a fairly loose pouch for the crotch has always been best for me

Great, cheap alternative. Champion C9 Performance boxer rocks. Short ones...not the long ones. $9/each at Target.

If we men would stop buying baggy-ass jeans and slacks and wear more slightly fitted pants and shorts (not Ron Burgundy-style!) we'd give 'em all a lot more to look at. Amirite?????
