Are negative PI's a sign of upcoming gains?

I have been extending, bathmate, and jelqing like crazy for the past month and a half and havent noticed a decreased eq till the past few days. How long of a rest period should i take to get back to 100%?

    Negative!

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!

When you see negative PIs it means that you are overtraining your unit and should rest it until it returns to normal, and they don't mean gains, most of the time they mean delays or injury so keep away from them.

    Good luck and be careful.
