Are there any exercises that specifically target the c spongiosum? Mine is big at the base but tapers off as it reaches the glans. I'm nearly 2" (1.8" to be exact) wide so my c cavernosa doesnt need any widening. (Funny thing is, I'm narrower at the base but my girth measure is thicker owing to my more developed cp there.)

You have your terms or measurements mixed up I think. I highly doubt your CS is two inches wide, an entire two inch wide shaft would be about six inches in circumference, so if your CS was two inches wide, your entire shaft would have to exceed that by a lot. The width of your unit has nothing to do with your CS, but a well developed CS will definitely add some girth (debt) to your overall total. The two side chambers on your shaft are your CC's (this is where your shaft diameter comes from), the bottom chamber is your CS. I am going to assume your CS is well developed at the base, and then tapers down toward your glans as you mentioned. Try doing UJ's (see my signature), as they target just what you are after.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

Thanks rbi. Just to clarify, what I meant to say was my corpus cavernosa was 1.8" wide, not my corpus spongiosum. I'm trying to increase my CS in an effort to gain some overall girth. Thanks againOriginally posted by rbi99 View PostYou have your terms or measurements mixed up I think.
