  • How to control my erection level

    I have PEing for a while now, enough to get my dick used to the work out. When i first started i got a boner almost the second I took my pants off and started to warm up. Its gotten a little less intense, but as I am going to length I need to control my erection level when im jelqing and stretching. I definatley can't keep it under the recommended 30%. I thought I would be able to control this by now, or at least be de-sinsatised to the exercises. Nothing has changes... any tips would be great.

    All you need to do is distract your mind while doing the exercises. Music is a great help

        Distract yourself or continue to PE for longer. Your body just may not have fully adjusted to the exercises being nothing sexual, so more time may be needed. Other than that and distracting yourself, there's not much you can do as we, as humans, have no physical control over our penises.

          Check out the sticky in the beginners section regarding jelging. At least for now it might help if you masturbate an hour or so before. Not a permanent solution though. Also, jelqing at 50% or slightly higher is better for girth gains. If you are after length stretching is better obviously.
