  • Is it better to go for one thing at a time?

i really want to gain girth and length but im worried that if i do girth exercises it will slow down my length gains, i read somewhere that the more girth you have the harder it is to make length gains, so is it reallly best to go for one thing at a time?

If you are targeting length, my advice is to pull your penis as many times (shorter) throughout the day. But do not pull it to hard to long!Just some pulling during toilet visits. And also a short tunica tugs.

I target girth with jelqing and uli's in the evening. And skip the stretching part a that session.

Remember though! Pulling your dick during daytime without warmups is dangerous, so keep them short but effective, not to hard! Just light ones
but you should feel the pull afterwards, and have patience!

Going for one thing at time is not my approach, because the exercise need to be effective its better to target both but with different techniques.

I'm not sure how current this is, but it is an ideology that i'm personally following.

I agree that its good to separate length and girth routines after the initial conditioning period. There are many approaches to this, such as working solely on length until your length goal is met, then moving on to girth. For me personally, I cycle back and fourth every 3-6 months. Just find what works for you and go for it

In the end, go with whatever gives you the best results.

If more girth makes getting length harder, I'm going to kick myself. I'm aggressively pursuing girth right now but I'm not at my length goal yet.

I don't follow the belief that training girth first will hinder length gains. If you gain girth, you'll have more spongy tissue in the CC chambers. This extra spongy tissue shouldn't slow length gains at all, IMO
