  • Less morning wood but can still get hard good or bad?

    Hello,

Newbie here to PE. I have just started the JP90 4 days ago on a 2 on 1 off routine. I have noticed that my friend has been a bit more plump and the veins have been more visible. Also increased horniness, and harder erections. Today when I woke up i didn't really have a morning wood when i woke up. I do remember being hard a bit earlier than that but not when i first woke up. When i took a shower I was able to till get hard playing with him. I know i've read that loss of morning wood is a bad sign however, if i have less morning wood but can still get an erection is this a sign for me to take a break or am I ok to continue my routine?

    Please and thank you guys

When looking for negative PIs, in most cases you shouldn't get too concerned unless it turns into a recurrent issue. It's normal to wake up some mornings without an erection- it has a lot to do with what sleep cycle you are in when you wake up, so naturally you'll end up waking up without an erection sometimes just by chance. If several days go by without an erection then you might want to start looking at it as a negative PI

Donjelqer76 is right on. You will not always have positive pi's while exercising. You will experience highs and low's and obviously the more positive pi's you are seeing the better, but if you have a couple days that are negative, just keep sticking to the schedule and wait for them to pass. Just this week I had a few days of negative pi's. Flaccid wasn't as large, and I was very unhorny through out the week. last night I got to sleep over with my friend in her dorm and was hard literally all night and now today I am ragingly horny again. If the negatives keep coming after a week or two, then you should start treating them with concern.

It depends on what the negative PI is. If its a legitimate pain in the penis, stop immediately until the pain goes away, and if it keeps occurring, then change up your routine. If it is another issue like decreased horniness or less large flaccid, keep working through it and if the issue does not go away within a few weeks then you should consider changing up your routine.

It really doesn't matter, nothing to worry about. So long as you can get erections throughout the day everything is fine
