ADS with Ace Bandage - is it worth it?

Read about the concept of wrapping the penis in Ace Bandage for a ADS. For those who have tried it, is this really effective for length gains, both flaccid and erect? Or is this something which results are questionable and/or it's just a variation of what a fowfer would do?
I'm also wondering if you have to unwrap the penis for circulation all the time or if you can leave it on for at least periods of an hour throughout the day - i've read different opinions on this: some say unwrap every 15 minutes, others leave it on for 2 hours.

I'd think an Ace Bandage would have to be pretty tight to stretch your member for it act as an ADS, I would say you're better off doing LAS while your sitting than something you may have to unwrap every 15 minutes due to loss of circulation.
Or getting something with weight or pull to be a real ADS.
