  • Tips On Girth?

    Hi I am a beginner PE exerciser and am currently doing JP's 90 day beginner routine with an added 10 15 mins of edgeing at the end of each workout. I was wondering which of the exercises is targeting girth and how are these workouts actually working on my penis tissues etc. If anybody knows any links to articles describing how exercises work on the penis please link them to me , as i find i can learn exercises and my penis better if i know all the theory behind it. Thanks

    The jelqs may give you some girth if you do them with an erection level of around 60-70%. Too hard, however, and you're out of range. Get that good floppy chubby feel going on.

      I've been told the 40 -50% erection level was good for girth aswel but elsewhere read that it was good for length :/ It probably varies from penis to penis What exactly are the V jelqs targeting actually?

        An erection level around 50% is fine. V's target your side chambers, the CC's. While some claim length gains from jelqing, I never did. Jelqing is predominantly a girth exercise, while stretching exercises focus on length.

            I suppose as long as its erect enough to move the blood around effectively.. Right , im off now to do some exercises ! Cheers

              Go with rbi's 50% tip. He's got more experience and better gains that I do.

              Remember that these percentages are guidelines, and are difficult to quantify. (Can you differentiate between 60 and 65%?) This is especially true for growers versus showers.

              Bottom line, your buddy should be chubbed up and floppy like a water balloon. Not hard, not flaccid.

                Outstanding description!!! On this forum I have used a lot of different words for penis, but never called it buddy!!!

                  Just finished PE now for the day . My buddy (lol) was at around 50 - 60% erect when doing the jelqs . Your description of comparing it to a water balloon was great haha , hopefully this routine will add some girthy volume in time! Thanks Moderators By the way rbi99 I just did a quick calculation of your volume stats from when you started PE and to where you are now . From roughly 15 cubic inches to 30 cubic inches is amazing , its just a big motivator to keep going after seeing stats like that !

                      It's prob far from accurate as it was calculated as a cylindrical object - not taking into account BEG measurement being different to MEG etc... But ya a it does indeed show how much girth adds to it, an inch in girth is a load bigger than an inch length .
