Hi I am a beginner PE exerciser and am currently doing JP's 90 day beginner routine with an added 10 15 mins of edgeing at the end of each workout. I was wondering which of the exercises is targeting girth and how are these workouts actually working on my penis tissues etc. If anybody knows any links to articles describing how exercises work on the penis please link them to me , as i find i can learn exercises and my penis better if i know all the theory behind it. Thanks
