Hi guys, just started a new routine focused entirely on girth with some stretches at the start. Wondering how many days I should do? I do not want to do to little and waste my time but dont want to go overboard and kill it for good! 2 days to me seems like not enough. I was thinking monday-wed-friday normal routine and on tuesdays and thursdays I will just stretch with 2 days rest at the weekend? sound good? Also, I dont jelq.
