It seems like a lot of users on this forum are very young. With not much going on up top if you know what I mean. It's making me start to wonder if I should even be taking any of this stuff on this site seriously.

There is good info if you sift through it with a fine tooth comb.
I recommend PE gym and MOS for info on manual stretching, PE Gym for introduction info on hanging, bib hanger forum for in depth information on hanging, and MOS for in depth information on girth work and chemical PE. Just gotta find the threads of the users who gain big.
