I do both. I'm more focused on length, so I try to keep EL on the lower side. When I get too erect I'll stand up

I stand for downwards stretch, cranks and Bathmate but sit for the rest. I feel like I get a better stretch sitting and can jelq from the base easier.Start: BPEL - 7.008", MEG - 5.197"
Current: BPEL - 7.126", MEG - 5.118"
Goal: BPEL - 9", MEG - 6.5"
