  • Got epididymis inflammation, Can I PE anyway?

    Hi guys!

    I have use a extender for 90h and hanging for 32h and some jelqing. After some feeling/pain from my testicles I went to my DR. and after she inspection my nuts she told me that I have epididymis inflammation. Now I take Naproxen 500mg x2/day.

    Can I PE/Hang or must I stop until my nuts are okay?
    Start: I think NBPEL 14cm and girth 14cm

    Now: NBPEL 15cm Girth 14,5cm

    Goal:
    NBPEL 18cm Girth 15cm

    I would rest from PE, especially if you think that PE is the cause.

      I really don't think PE is the cause, but not sure. Can PE cause that?

        In the broadest sense "possibly"- if it's due to some type of bacterial infection that you obtained from training. It's most likely not, though exercising while you have epididymitis might not help things.

        The advice on this thread is sound- you should rest until you've recovered before resuming any type of training.

              I have been extending for about a month, I noticed I would get an ache in my testes and would actually run up to my kidney. The nerves in your testes and epedidy run all the way up into your stomach, Ever notice when you get kicked in the nuts your stomach hurts? I found when extending in the down position the lower part of the base ring was putting the pressure on the testes, when I extend in the up position this was not the case, the pressure is on the ligs. now I only extend in the up position. this is much more inconvenient but im trying to make it work.
