  • Can I skip the stretching part of PE if only looking for girth?

    Sorry for the few threads I've done in the past couple of days. But can I outright skip the stretching part of JP's 90 day routine if I do not care about gaining length? Can I just warm up nice and then jelq away? Or is the stretching an important part of warming up? I just did it like this on my second day, so before I do it further, I figured I'd ask. I obviously do not want to injure myself. Thank you...

        I personally wouldn't skip stretching; stretching before jelqing could indeed have a positive impact for expansion.

          Hmmmm. Dammit lol. Maybe I'll cut down on what he lists in his routine. Maybe a few helicopters and circles and just move on...

            Sounds good. I just wouldn't completely eliminate stretching altogether. But hey, you can surely experiment!

                I don't think so. I just assume gains would be better if you threw some stretches in there.

                    Many guys do jelque only routines. If you are doing enough jelques then the warm ups you get from stretching would be the same from jelquing. Just start your jelques off light for a few minutes and then increase the intensity.
