That's not going to happen like that. More time is required. Clamping for 5-10 minutes a day may give you a slight temporary inflation but not enough to make your penis adapt to the resistance.Begin 7/25/2011:

If you just started PE you will NOT clamp.
I don't know why you don't want to jelq, if you're a beginner th'at's what you should try first, otherwise you could give a shot to Big Al squeezes but you need 10 min warm up anyway, so that you're routine may take at least 20 min.https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...a-jelqing.html

You may just want to buy a bathmate, it seems as thou you want results with no effort or time investment. With a bathmate it will require you to go 20 minutes, but you can do other things while in the tube.:peace::hippie::rockon::music:

If you're a begginer you're better off starting with normal jelqs. You can then progress to jelqing with higher erections levels (50-70 %). After about 2 months of PE, incorporate squeezes and flacid bends. 2 months later, you can start adding ulis and double-ulis.
Be patient, most girth exercises belong to the "intermidiate-advanced category" of PE exercises, so doing them when you're still a begginer might be harmful.Initial Penis size (01/01/2013):
BPEL: 5,5 inches
EG: 5,5 inches
Goal:
BPEL: 7 inches
EG: No more than 5,7 inches
