If you have it like you say, then it will come in due time. I have two large ones on each side riding my dick with the shape of the first letter in my name They were not visible pre-PE. Now they are always there when fully erect. One of them is there too even when flaccid. Lots of wet jelqing and heavy girth exercises is what did it to me.
