20min Jelqing, 7 Days a week for the rest of my life! Would that give me gains?

    Hopefully some of the experience guys can chime in here.
    First of all, I tried to do the JP90 routine but I just dont have enough time at once. Im
    married, 4 kids, work like an animal and weightlift 5-6days a week, plus bike ride with kids. So i have a busy schedule, HOWEVER, I am very dedicated once I start something. I dont do things as a hobby but I make it part of my life.


    So, I started off a 40 days ago and i been doing a routine with wet shower jelqing for about 20minutes per session about 5 days a week, sometimes 3 days on and 2 days off or 1 day on 1 day off, just depends on schedule. Plus i do some flaccid bends during the day but not much. Oh by the way, i havent had any girth gains whatsoever BUT my flaccid state has gotten bigger, my wife said it looks fatter and hangs longer all the time now. So Im assuming something good is happening.

    My question is, For the people who cant spend 30min to 1hr on PE.
    If I did approximately 100-150 Jelqs (20min) per day, 7 Days a week for the rest of my life,
    do you guys think from experience and or stories, would I grow in girth?

    Im currently 6.75" x 5" girth. I would be extremely happy to get 7.5 x 6".
    I dont expect gains overnight, but Im curious if i went about it as stated above, doing small amount everyday for the rest of my life,
    would I definitely gain or just wasting my time?
    Also I plan on getting the bathmate and using that few times a week.


    Sorry i posted this in beginner forums but I would prefer the experienced guys to answer my question.

        Bathmate only works if you do a heavy manual routine with it.. in other words, it doesn't really work. It gives a large temporary expansion that makes noobies go HOLY SHIT! IM HUGE! then it will fade away. Furthermore, I'm pretty sure I've never once seen a bathmate "before and after" which wasn't just the temporary expansion. I've never seen a guy go from 5" to 6" in girth from the bathmate alone, without the temp. fluid build up in their pics. Yeah.. a waste of 120$+ (I think it might cost more with tax or shipping)

          IIncreases in flaccid size, precede erect gain. Not usually on a one to one ratio.
          Ex: 1" flaccid might get you 1/4 in erect.
          There are daytime things you can do...Piss pulls for one. Hopefully others will add in.
          Be patient.

            I would have to think that a guy who did 20 minutes every day for the rest of his life would gain.

            Another easy exercise that can be done any time you have 10 seconds to tuck your dick between your legs is the good old fowfer.

              You would gain but after a while you would stop gaining. Then you could probably change up the parameter of jelqing. You try them at a higher erection level, slower jelqs, jelqs n squeeze , jelqs n hold etc. You could also stop jelqing for a while and use that time to stretch.

                You will gain from EQ but that's probably about it. Depends on what erection level you're jelqing at and how hard you are squeezing. If you're jelqing at a higher erection level and squeezing enough, you can gain some girth. In my opinion, don't expect to gain length besides the amount added due to increased EQ.

                  How bout we just let the OP embark on his daily jelqing plan and then come back to us with the results. All the rest is just pure speculation . That is of course if there is relevant evidence to back it up. I for one would love to see what transpires with the daily jelqing plan.

                    Hanging is pretty much the best thing there is for length gains, even if it's just done for one twenty-minute set per day. If you want to get to 7.5" EL, you probably shouldn't worry about girth work for now, especially if you're limited on time.

                    That being said, clamping > manual girth work, IMO, since it offers more consistent and enduring compression. And if you are going to stick to manual methods, squeezing is probably going to get you further, faster, than jelqing will.

                      Thanks for the info guys. Im going to give it 6 months of this 20min daily jelqing. If there are no erect gains by then, it obviously wont work. And I will have to put more time in and try the different methods and make it work.

                      Also, I think im keeping my erection at about 50-70% during jelqing. And at the end of the jelqing, I do a short amount of V-Jelqs. Im going to try to up the V-Jelqs. One other thing, I know its dangerous but Im very very cautious and sometimes I do 100% erect Jelqing. I keep the pressure enough to feel it working but not enough to feel the pain. I REALLY LISTEN TO MY PENIS AND HOW IT FEELS DURING JELQING! Any time i feel a pain or discomfort, i usually stop and pick it up next day.

                      I dont really care If i get any more length (although it would be nice) but Im really really wanting girth to at least 5.5"-6" girth. That would make me extremely happy! Thats why I do erect jelqing once in a while. I actually do them when I get full erection but like i said, I dont push it.

                      Also, as i said before, I do flaccid bends, I thought those would help for girth? And I also thought the bathmate works for girth?
                      Anybody here use bathmate and get real results? I dont care about the $, just want what works.

                      Im also gonna try to do squeezes or Uli's at bedtime. Those are when you have an erection and you squeeze the base of the penis and with the other hand, squeeze under the penis head and hold correct?

                      Ok well keep the opinions coming because Im open and ready to try anything I can within the time limits I have. I like the idea of stretching penis between my legs, that will give me length correct?

                        I will keep everybody updated. I even took pictures for a before and after, just in case I grow.

                          Piss pulls are also known as JAI stretches. Everytime you take a piss you do a 2 second stretch then release for 2 seconds, this is one rep do 20 reps.

                              Well, its been about 2 months now, I try to Jelq everyday but I usually cant do it 7 days a week. It usually comes out to be about 3-5 days per week.
                              Sometimes its 15min sometimes 25min and up to 30min. I just started on the Ultimate jelqs and UV.

                              Well as of the other day, I BARELY hit the 7" NBPEL, I was at 6.75, So i actually grew 1/4" in the 2 months. Im VERY HAPPY with that growth so far but I have
                              NO GIRTH GROWTH WHATSOEVER and that is my main goal.

                              I have noticed that my penis is long and fatter in flaccid state and I love it. My wife says it looks more plump now. I think its ranges from 4-4.75" flaccid length and about 4-4.5 flacid girth.


                              Im going to keep it up.

                              By the way, I started at 6.75" non bone pressed erect length and 5" erect mid shaft girth.
