  • rate my current routine.

    Warm up - 10 minutes, moisten warm towel.

    1)hand reverse jelqs, pointing downward - 60 slow strokes (5 second count)
    2)regular grip jelqs, pointing outward - 60 strokes (5 second count)
    3)3 sets of pullings(straight, right side, left side, downward) each pull is 20 seconds.
    4) "^" jelqs - 30 strokes (6 second count)

    Warm down - warm shower

    5)wear penis extender device for 9 hours (today is my third week wearing it, so i am increasing time rate to experiment)
    6)late night after returning home from work, I'll remove the extender device, Pump penis using hydromax pump for 20 minutes while fully Erect.


    - this will be a new experiment to see if i achieve gains within the next month (August). what are your thoughts? advice please.

    planning to do this 5 times a week, taking two full days rest.

    How do you wear extender for 9 hrs? Are wearing at work?? How do you hide it? I can say your routine is intense. You would probably need to plan better to give it time to heal and grow.

        When i purchased my extender, i began using it for 4 hours the first week, second week, 6 hours. I'd use it during the mornings, then
        remove it before leaving to work.

        Today is my third week with it, so I will try to hit those 9 hours. not wearing it with high tension, but moderate, At flaccid state.
        I do get erections while wearing it, which becomes a bit of a hassle.
        Makes me think that i should do 2 days training, one day off, then repeat.
        but we'll see how it goes. I don't want to plan to go too hardcore on this.

        the penis pump is gold. no doubt about it.

        manual exercises + hydromax . that's what gave me some gains. gotta wait & see if the extender contributes adding some length down there
        within the next few months. will keep record on it.
