Hey mike I'm gutted to see all your efforts are not rewarding you with even the slightest gains, honestly you may consider hanging at this point, from what I heard you can make your own hanger so price wouldn't be a problem.
Otherwise , as some advised you, stretching the tunica quite a lot as you are, you should try a one or two days on followed by one off routine.
Maybe girth work would help you achieve length gains easier? You could try and combine the two, you never know girth work could help you expand tissues a bit , which could be turned into length gains with stretching and stuff...
There is still the possibility of trying Big Al, seeing the predicament you're in it is one of the few things you've not tried, and it's not too expensive.

Learn how to stretch YOUR penis. Experiment with different grips and stances and erection levels. I know what works for my penis, but you're going to have to find out on your own what works for your penis. Not everything is done 'by the books' - some things must be learned through experience.
Have you noticed any change at all to your penis? I always note improved EQ when I first get back into real PE. Yes, it's at 10/10, but I push it past 10/10.
I feel like if you're stretching your penis well for 30 minutes every other day, it has to grow. There has to be some sort of response to all the tension you're putting on your shaft. I agree with a previous post by Maple that said to target the inner penis. Are you familiar with your suspensory ligament?

I've experimented quite a lot, but I haven't done much of that base (inner penis) stretching. I'll definitely try it, it might just work.
As far as E.G goes, and although I consider it to be 10/10, I did notice slightly harder erections in the beggining when I did kegels regularly. I stopped doing them a few months ago because I didn't feel they were necessary for my sexual performance (and for PE).
I don't want girth gains, I just want lenght gains, that's way i did such a lenght focused routine (1h 50min stretching and 40 min jelqing per week) for 2,5 months, but even that didn't work. I wouldn't mind getting little girth gains if that meant lenght gains, though.

Having 5 NBEPL really suck for some sex positions. I can't buy stuff, at least not now. I might try the bathmate a few years from now. You say you're 19 and you have the Bathmate, how did you get it?you say you want more length because the 5.5 length hinders some positions. have you tried stretching the inner penis? you can do this with the Bathmate, I do it and believe it works but I do it in a combination of things.Initial Penis size (01/01/2013):

As what GFG said considering ligs tightening back, no matter what you do you need to feel you're doing something to your unit, wether it be during the session, right when you're finished or during rest days. Aim for that, overdo it a little and ease back to find the sweet spot of intensity.. There's a last idea I recently remembered for myself, try incorporating at least 20-30 min of quality edging in your work outs, when I gained I was actually doing edging as part of my schedule, Jay recently gained plenty and edged a lot, so did Pegasus and a few others.
