Advanced kegel routine?

      Unless you're standing or in a position where you can get some distance, then the "force" or your ejaculations would be a better measure.

          Ohh ok so laying down isnt a good way to measure, I'll try standing or on my knees tonight. And I'll check that link out when I get home cause I'm on a phone with cracked screen at the moment

            Just to clear things up without getting into a long winded anatomy- a lot of the ideas described here regarding muscular "balance" should be based more on their "reflex" actions than on the relationships that these muscles have with each other (which are not truly "antagonistic"). We can get into why contracting the anal sphincter would further development of the BC in conjunction with kegels and reverse kegels, but that might lead to the practice of further balancing it all out by simulating the holding/expulsion of feces

            You can probably see the futility of trying to isolate every individual muscle associated with the entire pelvic structure

              Thanks for the link that was a good thread, from the thread it seems as if they are saying you should do RKs always but im going to run with what you said and only do RKs if I see negative PIs like weak urination or ejaculation etc, Hopefully all goes well

                    I do 15 Super Kegels and 15 Super Reverse Kegels every MWF. Each one, I simply hold for as long as I can and then repeat. On those days, I will also do alternating kegels whenever I drive. The other four days I rest unless, of course, sex is available.

                      You've been at it for 3 months, eh? Isn't it getting old yet? Like, for sure. I am a lazy man, so came up with a fun way to work-up my PC muscles until they are burning. While I am driving to work I turn up some great tunes and I will kegel to the beat. You can vary your strength of squeeze and length of squeeze as much as you like. Just go with the song. Make it fun. See if you can last a whole song. Or see how many songs you can do. OK, you can stop laughing at me anytime now. haha.

                          Hey Big AL I have a ?, So that past week ive been doing my regular JP90 routine at night and in mid day using BM for 15-20 min, so Ive been seeing really good PIs and it gives me motivation and confidence because my dick is a lot fuller throughout the day from the BM, well my ? was is it ok to do my Kegels for 5 sec hold at 90-100% erection while in the BM? Ive been doing this and I think it works pretty good and imo it keeps fresh blood flowing through helping to prevent discoloration from BM, It seems like a good idea but im not an expert so I wanted to ask u if this is ok? Today I did 50 reps at 5 sec holds while in BM and I def got pretty sore after for about 30 minutes

                            I don't see why you couldn't do that- especially if it's giving you results. I would caution against training to excess soreness, though. Now that you know how to induce a powerful training session, you should adjust it accordingly so that you only experience a very slight level of manageable soreness the next day. That will ensure that you don't peak too early in your training cycle.
