  • just jelqs?

    Just started doing PE and been having some trouble with stretching. I always get too hard to stretch it costs me way too much time. I'm thinking of just dropping this and doing 15 or maybe 20 minutes of jelqing.
    Any thoughts on this? Is stretching an essential part or will i also gain some length with just jelqing?

    Length was not an issue withe me. I have been doing the jelgs for about 3 months.
    My girth or wideness of my penis has increased.

    Working on increasing the head of my penis.

    Like to get to the point of door knob.

      It is not uncommon for beginners to get erect during exercising, just wait till your erection subsides and resume stretching, eventually you'll get used to it and not get erect from stretching.

      Jelqing at low EQ may help with length, but it is not nearly as effective as stretching.

        i use to just jelq for the same reason, too time consuming with stretching, however, i changed my workouts to 60 jelqs (would be sore if done more) and stretch for 5 minutes. Ive seen more results with the stretching. I need more length. My goal is to hit 7inch by the end of the year. Goodluck!

          That's what I've been doing, but it takes me at least 20 minutes to finish a 6 minute stretching routine.

          From both you posts I gather that not stretching will mean little lengths gains. As I said I dont have enough time to do it all in one go, what is the word on splitting the workout, ie morning jelqs and evening stretches?
          I'm gonna try and but would be nice to hear if anyone has done this before.

              You can adjust the jelq exercise to target specific goals. Jelqing with a lowered degree of erection and little to no lube ("dry jelqing") will typically yield more gains in length gains, while jelqing with a higher degree of erection and with generous lube ("wet jelqing") typically yields more in the way of girth gains.

                I tried all the techniques. I just went back to masturbating.

                Getting to anal stimulation.

                Have not found the G spot but working on it.

                Don't worry about length.

                Just do what makes you feel good.

                  Personally, stretching part focuses on the length and jelqs works for girth. Have a look at the TGC theory and you'll find out what the hell you need.
