Hey guys, apart from jelqing and the extender devices are there any other options? apart from surgery obviously.

Which ones would you say are the best and most safe methods?

Manual stretching

Pumping

A method best used in conjunction with the above are exercises designed specifically for raising EQ- e.g.- kegels & Stop and Starts (a variant of "edging").
