  • 5 Minutes in Sauna a good enough warmup?

    Just wondering if you think 5 minutes in a sauna is a better or good alternative to 5 minutes waiting in a shower?

    That's probably good. I warm up in the shower and jelq when I get out. I use a cup that I fill with water while showering and put my dick and balls in it for almost 10 mins while showering.
    Started at: 6.9 Bpfsl
    Currently at: 7.25 Bpfsl / 6.875 Bpel / 4.6 MG
    Goal: 7.5 Bpel / 7.0 Nbpel / 5.5 MG

        You have access to a sauna that often?
        Last time I was in a sauna, it probably took a good 15 minutes to feel the heat kicking in.

        If you have access like that, I suggest sitting in their for 15 minutes and then do your routine in there, then chill (or rather heat) for another 10 minutes.

          Moist heat, like in a hot tub/sauna is the most penetrating kind of heat. 10 min of that and your ligaments will be as loose as they are going to get and ready for stretching.

              I doubt putting your balls in it is good to do though, Ive actually read a lot of negative things about heating your testicles so I try to avoid it as much as possible
