Hey Big Al, just a few questions here. Do you think that it's better to work on achieving length goals first before moving on to girth work?
Also, I have been hanging for a bit more than a year now. Basically, this is what has been going through my mind:
-Used to hang with the Straight Down angle exclusively
-Looking to make gains more efficiently and exhaust ligament gains first (if that idea still holds water)
-Reads stickies such as "Hanging 101" on this site which say that it's best to hang using BTC from the start to target the ligaments
-Tries BTC for a few weeks. The painful skin stretch on the scrotum and lack of multi-tasking makes it impractical and unbearable.
-Asks for help on the forums. Marlon says I don't have to do BTC and fulcrums can be used instead as a substitute
-Now doing fulcrums, but still unsure if they are the right way to go because existing (but old) information says that it targets the tunica, rather than the ligaments.

I don't think that's necessary unless you're looking to prioritize one aspect over the other. While omitting one aspect can allow for the other to develop more rapidly (at least for a time), the truth is you stand to make better gains overall if you perform your length and girth work together. Notice how the exercises are structured to "feed" into each other in many of the listed routines. This is done on purpose to facilitate maximum training synergy and development.

I'd start with a 3x20 routine just to establish a baseline first. From there, you;'ll need to experiment with various time plans to see if you respond better to more time (>3x20) or more weight (<3x20) for hanging.

I have a question for you, again
Do you recommend doing kegels (and reverse kegels) for a guy who is only fucus on length gains and have already 6.2 girth.
I understand that they are good for conditioning penis, but on another hand they also strengthen tunica, which makes length gains even harder.
I do recommend performing kegels as a part of a complete routine. RKs are good if you're experiencing weak urine streams/dribbling ejaculatory force. If not, the standard kegel will help you to maintain gains in that area.

umm... Any advice to isolate reverse kegels?
I still can only feel my PV expanding if I do a strong push with the abs, and it's very uncomfortable to do during sex. Most times I can't help but let the involuntary kegels happen and it makes me ejaculate too quick.

Attempt to clear your mind when performing the exercise and focus solely on contracting the BC muscles. Use light force (esp. at first) and focus on isolation/contraction. Once you're able to target these specific muscles with precision you can begin adding reps.

Fifty is a recommended ceiling for reps. You'd begin with a comfortable rep count so you have training momentum to carry you through to the next few weeks of training.

The 50 Kegels, is that in one go or throughout the day?
50 in one sitting if holding for 10seconds a pop would completely wear me out.
Also, is it best to take a day off in between sessions?
Hi guys when I stretch downwards towards the floor and kegel I feel very little tug back however if I stretch upwards towards the top of my body and kegel I feel alto of tension and pull back. Which is the best ways too stretch for me? Would it be up because theirs more tension
I feel exactly the same way. Very much tension and strong kegels during upward stretches. I feel nothing during downward stretches and I believe I have a low LOT (shaft exits the body low). I wonder if I got that right..
Guess it doesn't matter that much, because I stretch in all directions anyway.
Big Al, have you heard experienced PErs complain about their unit getting darker because of PE? Mine is getting a lot darker (I'm a white guy). I'm not sure if it's because of PE or masturbation, but it's really bugging me. My flaccid dick looks Very tired and dark. How to fix this?

The kegels would be performed in one session- usually immediaely after enlargement work.
The recommended rep standard is a 5 second hold.
A day off in between sessions is typical, but it depends on your routine. The standard is to train stamina 3-4 times a week.
