  • PE and hardness?

    I just got done jacking off (felt like having a morning splurge) and I didn't feel 100% hard. it seemed long and thick and everything but it didn't seem 100% erect and hard. Is this from PE? is it the gains kicking in or is this not soo good? this is the first time this really happened to me and ive been doing pe for about a month and half now

    That is usually a sign that you need to back off and take off a day or more of rest. Rest your penis until Erection quality returns to full capacity.
    Started - 6.25" NBP / 7" BP x 4.75" EG

    Short goal -7.25"(goal reached!)NBP** 8.25"BPEL x 5.75" EG (goal reached!)

    Long term goal - 8"NBP ** 9" BPEL x 6"EG

      From my experience, variances in EQ can be caused by any of the following:

      - Overtraining
      - Over stretching specifically will kill my EQ
      - Too much masturbation (If i Keep it once per week, it's good)
      - Too many consecutive days with PE
      - Of course, the ubiquitous Porn issue

      I think it's best to not masturbate as a standalone act. If you do your normal PE routine, finish off each routine with edging, and 1-2 days per week, release (ejaculate) as part of your edging session is probably the best reccomendation I have received...

        How much stretching is over stretching? cause I recently added stretching into my routine

          I think it's probably different for everyone. For me, its a big deal. Meaning, if I do any intense stretching at all it shows up instantly in my EQ. I keep this all in my log to see how things effect EQ. Maintaining a high EQ is the single most important thing you can do to maximize gains.

          I suggest going 5 days without masturbation or stretching, and see if your EQ improves. If it does, start to add stretching back in very slowly, and keep increasing intensity while monitoring its effect on EQ.

              Erection Quality. It's a scale from 1 to 10, where one is very soft, and 10 is the super hard rock solid erection that we all strive for.

                Yeah that's what I was guessing haha. yeah im gonna half my current routine cause I think im over training and things should go back to normal

                  01 - Completely Impotent
