    Test out 40 reps of the jelq in your first session. If all goes well, you should be able to add 5 reps per session.

    "Cooling Down" can be useful after a particularly difficult session or if there's soreness present. A cold cloth, a not too cold ice pack, or soaking the penis in cool water will work. A Cool Down is distinct from a Warm Down because cold is incorporated.

    To cool down, alternate heat and cold 5 times in 1 minutes rotations each- for a total of 10 minutes.

    For best results, Kegel with a full erection. Attempt 5 reps in your first session.

      I was looking to start your routine and am curious as to how quickly you achieved gains, as I saw elsewhere it took you 3 months. I understand everyone will experience growth differently, but is that really the pace at which you did? Thanks!

        The 3 month time you mention is correct. The first month or so was spent on a basic type of routine similar to the one listed in the OP.
