I'm just wondering if there is any specific work out for girth gain specifically on the base of the penis. Further more, are there any exercises that can help if your penis is on a light curve?(erecting pointing towards left)

I desperately need base girth as well. It's half an inch less than my mid shaft girth!
You can try:
Reverse Jelqing
Jelqing with a high erection level
Jelqing with a tight ok grip, start as close to the pubic bone as possible
The Squeeze
Dustpan's flaccid compressors
Horse 440s
Clamping

i dont think any kind of jelqing help base girth..
and its not simple hanging,
its intense stretching/hanging in different angles that helps build base girth
and my own extra advice it to stretch with a 20-30% erection level (this way there
is more bloodflow going on and then u can focus exclusively on the stretching of
tha base part. completely flaccid straight hanging and stretching only helps gain lenghtin the entire penis. once the penis is used to this, u can move up to even 40-50% of erection level. carefully though.)

yes there are jelqs that can help gain base at the girth, search up JP's 3-part jelq.
A bit more thorough searches should be done by people before making a new thread, on the main page theres 2 new threads, both asking how to gain girth at size.

I have less girth at the base too. And is not only the base, but at least the first 2-3 inches of my cock. Maybe tight taping the upper portion of the shaft and then clamping would help? that way the blood will not be able to fully expand the upper section and instead, it will put a lot more pressure at the base....just wondering.

Jackxx, i have browsed various forums and have noticed that many have tried to expand only their lower shaft girth through clamping. They tie a tourniquet midway through their shaft and they say that it works wonders for the base..
However, the tourniquet must be tied at a particular spot, and only then, they claim, does the lower shaft expand.

Yep^^. Any time I've jelqed or done squeezes my hand is pressed as close to my body as possible. My girth has always (so far) developed evenly. I don't know why it would not unless you started off with a shape oddity or jelq with a weird grip or tecnique. I guess a reason I dropped jelqs within my first few months was because I felt squeezes made more sense as targeted girth work. I have the opposite problem: Way MORE girth at the base than at the top. Here's how it happens:
CLAMPING! Right after a clamp session the area around the clamp (at the base) is seriously A WHOLE DICKSIZE bigger. I am trying to move the clamp around because my girth gains there have been Incredible! This is only like a month of clamping and 2x per week. It is intense but trust me when done properly, your dick will explode with girth...especially around where the clamp is.6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)

I think I was over training over the past year because I had next to no gains, but now I'm doing a new lighter routine and I'm gaining again.Now-term goal: To love and appreciate the penis I have now.
Short-term goal: To be thicker today than I was yesterday, and girthier tomorrow than I am today.
Long term goal: 7+" EG

In the case of clamping, everybody reacts different, just like working out any muscle in the body. Some excercises work well for some, while for others don't do shit. I've had the same experience with clamping. I have clamped before for days, and my dick expands, but always goes back to normal. In my new routine, I will include heavy clamping throughout the day, and at any resting time, I will wear a cawk ring to keep extra blood there.
