    Hi all,

    Here's my current routine:

    10 minutes warm up

    50 jelq reps
    Pump at 5hg for 20 minutes

    50 jelq reps
    Pump at 5hg for 20 minutes

    50 jelq reps
    Pump at 5hg for 20 minutes

    10 minutes warm down

    This has given me a 0.5 inch length gain over 4 months which I am more than happy with, but I would also like to gain girth along with length so that I don't end up with a pencil d**k.

    What do you recommend changing? Maybe exchange the 50 jelq reps for Uli jelqs? If yes, then how many reps should I do?
    19/08/13 (Before PE)
    BPEL: 4.5"
    EG: 4"

    16/12/13 (Slight decrease in routine)
    BPEL: 5"
    EG: 4 and 1/8"

    12/01/14 (Back on routine)
    BPEL: 5 and 2/8"
    EG: 4 and 2/8"

      You can try clamping ?
      If you do, then you should probably stop pumping for a while.
      You could also try to do more jelqs and less pumping.
      Btw. i don't think that you lose girth while adding length, i sure haven't.

          Choose one or the other, doing more than one girth exercise is not good.

            Thanks guys! The links MrBB provided seem invaluable. After reading them through, I might just stick to my routine and then add a Uli jelq at the end of the 50 jelq reps as my current routine is still working good for me
