Here's my current routine:
10 minutes warm up
50 jelq reps
Pump at 5hg for 20 minutes
50 jelq reps
Pump at 5hg for 20 minutes
50 jelq reps
Pump at 5hg for 20 minutes
10 minutes warm down
This has given me a 0.5 inch length gain over 4 months which I am more than happy with, but I would also like to gain girth along with length so that I don't end up with a pencil d**k.
What do you recommend changing? Maybe exchange the 50 jelq reps for Uli jelqs? If yes, then how many reps should I do?
