Hi I'm just newbie on PE. I use JP 90 routine which includes VJelq.
I got a few questions about it because I'm curious about the mechanism of the exercise and effectiveness.
1. Is there 2 versions of VJelq?
1st - this article that confuses me on which is the right thing to do.
V-Jelq - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness
2nd - this guide that really apply to almost everyone explaining "How to".

2. How do Vjelq work on girth? I can't really imagine how pushing blood can expand the shaft. Please someone clear it for me.
