    I've been doing PE since December and I'm struggling to get any gains!

    At first my EQ was awesome, felt fuller and really hard! got complimented on it too!

    But then it gently disappeared. and I'm still the same size!

    My routine:

    Penis Pump for 15 minutes to max.
    Jelq 10 mins
    Stretches (all angles) 10 mins with helicopter spins.

    Any advice?

    What are your PIs?

    Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!

    And did you start with pumping or was it manual at first? Also how many rest days you are taking?

    I suspect over training, maybe take some time off, then follow a manual beginner's routine for 90 days to get conditioned for devices, making sure to stay in the positive PIs zone, its the growth zone.

      for some of us it take months, for others, years

          Hi,

          at first it was all positive, harder, hornier, felt bigger.

          now feel like it takes more effort to get hard, and isn't as hard.

          Rest cycle is usually 4 days on, 2 days off.

          I did the 90 day JP routine, but didn't like the V Jelqs, couldn't get them to work for me? :/

          starting normal jelqs then mid february, I started pumping.

          any advice on my routine?

            I suggest you take some rest, until your PIs get better, then reduce the workload to maintain it that way, you don't have to do v-jelqs if they are troublesome for you, although they require some time to get used to them (like with most PE exercises), or try https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...ve-v-jelq.html

              I started with 5 days on 2 days off but found it too much without a recovery period in between, so I dropped down to 2 days on 1 day off, since then much better PI's.

              I also started gripping very firm when jelqing and EQ started decreasing, now I barely grip and EQ has returned with a vengeance, I've also started alternating reverse OK grip and normal.

                Check on your PIs because they will tell you a lot when it comes to PE. I recently started gaining when I put more focus on my PIs.

                  get an extender or something, maybe that will give u some gains, PE is no easy weekly thing, u have to stick to it for months and years, and u have to make the most out of ur PE journey, so every day do as much as u can without hurting ur PI or whatever its called.

                      ok thanks i will give it a go.. so u advise gently gripping and only pushing a small bit of blood up the shaft when jelqing? rather than, gripping hold and forcing it up?

                          No, rest days are just for that, rest. Please don't do any PE related exercises on rest days and give your penis time to recover and grow bigger and stronger.

                            Yeah its working for me, just use a rook load of lube, initially I was gripping so tight, jelqing was becoming a stretch, might want to try alternating the reverse ok grip too, as you can get closer to the pubic bone and jelq more of the shaft, but don't neglect the normal ok grip.

                            The only thing I'm struggling with at the moment is horniness, I seem to be only able to manage one lot of jelqs or a stretch in one direction without getting hard, makes PE take a lot longer waiting for erections to subside.
