    Hi guys you have probably seen me posting on here a lot before.

    I finally decided to take big action about my Lack of erections and poor erection quality as I am only 19.
    Right now I'm on Day 18 of NO PORN, MASTURBATING or ORGASM. My Aim was to go 3 weeks without PMO then masturbate maybe once a week to my imagination. So Far I'm still not getting many random erections at all, but when I do get an erection the quality is of a bit better standard and I feel a tiny bit more aroused than normal sometimes. Morning wood is not everyday but when I do get it, the quality is a little better. However, It still takes a while to get an erection but since 2 and a half weeks a go since I started there is only a tiny difference. I feel like I can maybe go up to 4 weeks without masturbating. However, I'm at a crossroads. I don't know If I really have to go the full 90 days without masturbating to recover or just keep not looking at porn for a couple more months and masturbate to a limited frequency. What do you guys think? I've also been doing the exercises were you hold the PC Muscle to then release and so on. I know I've already had some fantastic advice from you guys but I was just wondering!     Stick to it. Masturbation certainly won't improve your life, so you may as well not do it for as long as possible.
    Focus on the positive :D

      Hey Marcos,

      I agree with aBone2pick, stick to your plan and you will improve, don't forget reverse kegels if you are doping regular kegels to balance your pelvic floor muscles and make them stronger!

          Yes, the problem is with porn, not with masturbation.

          Also edging is better than masturbation.

            Ahh got you Thanks MrB8. I think once I've done my 3 or 4 weeks I will masturbate once a week with imagination then try edging too I hope that's ok I'll keep my progress on this forum! Thanks again, Best wishes sirs!

                    I can't tell for sure when will you notice a difference, it depends on how long have you been watching porn for, when did you start, and how dependent are you on it, so its very individualistic.

                    In all cases, you should keep your will strong, and never give in to the urge to watch it again, try to just forget about it, don't keep counting the days, as you won't return to it.

                    It may take a week or month, more or less, yes every day makes for progress, and in the end, soon you will detox and your brain will reboot!

                      Ejaculation is important for numerous health reasons. I personally recommend ejaculating at least once a week. You can follow minuteman's 3 day routine (https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...y-routine.html) the last three days of the week, or even cycle it by repeating immediately.

                      In any case, at least edging is necessary to maintain your ability to hold an erection, and ejaculation necessary occasionally for health reasons.

                              Great job man. You are doing well because you see that you must break your porn/jerking off habit that you've probably had for several years now. I have studied this topic in depth and the best advice I can provide is that you want to limit your ejaculations as much as possible without going crazy. Young guys can be really horny so once a week is an awesome goal. Someday you want to be at the point where you no longer crave ejaculation. This is when you'll feel and embody the strength and control of a masculine man. Porn is not terrible unless it's disrupting your life (this is arguable, but like I said, I've studied this in depth). Ejaculation is much more important to control. This is your motivation and energy to be awesome, own the world, and have sex with girls. You do have the benefit of higher testosterone by ejaculating, but you must temporarily sacrifice some of your masculine drive. To equalize this testosterone dilemma, just simply eat healthy, exercise regularly (more muscle!), and drink lots of water. Bam! Almost a unification theory right there
