Hi guys you have probably seen me posting on here a lot before. 
I finally decided to take big action about my Lack of erections and poor erection quality as I am only 19.
Right now I'm on Day 18 of NO PORN, MASTURBATING or ORGASM.
My Aim was to go 3 weeks without PMO then masturbate maybe once a week to my imagination. So Far I'm still not getting many random erections at all, but when I do get an erection the quality is of a bit better standard and I feel a tiny bit more aroused than normal sometimes. Morning wood is not everyday but when I do get it, the quality is a little better. However, It still takes a while to get an erection but since 2 and a half weeks a go since I started there is only a tiny difference.
I feel like I can maybe go up to 4 weeks without masturbating. However, I'm at a crossroads. I don't know If I really have to go the full 90 days without masturbating to recover or just keep not looking at porn for a couple more months and masturbate to a limited frequency. What do you guys think? I've also been doing the exercises were you hold the PC Muscle to then release and so on. I know I've already had some fantastic advice from you guys but I was just wondering!
