UJs are one of the best exercises in all of PE in my opinion, if not the best.

I see this as a great EQ boosting program but I can't imagine gaining much in the way of size from this routine.
You did seem to put some good thought into it so I will try it and give my thoughts.
Improving EQ can't be bad.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Technique #2-- the instructions are the same except for the hand placement. instead of wrapping your fingers underneath the glans, you can encompass the upper half of the penis glans and all with your hand and pulse your grip.
Exercise Two-- The Taffy Pull.So you are suppose to start flaccid, but end up erect- then repeat reps while erect? That makes no sense, might as well start erect?
Technique--This exercise is very fun and will usually cause you to get a very solid erections in fact that is one of the indicators that you are doing the exercise correctly. this exercise is very easy and gentle. it starts with just the flaccid penis. gently grip just below the glans and pull directly up towards your belly button so that the stretch occurs in the entire penis length, both inside and out. the pull is very very gentle. the goal is not plastic deformation, but instead to feel the smooth muscle lengthen inside the penis in response to the pull. keep pulling until you reach the point that there is no more give. remember that this is a gentle pull and not a yank. so the second you feel that there is no more give relax your hold beneath the glans and follow the penis contraction with your hand then grip it more solidly and pull it towards your belly button in the same fashion. this exercise is effective for both girth and length due to the smooth muscles spindle shaped structure.
So it's an Erect Squeeze, only squeezing instead of just holding?Technique--This exercise is a modified erect squeeze and horse squeeze basically. when the penis is at its hardest, warp your thumb and pointer finger around the base, then with your other hand wrap your pointer finger(and middle depending on size) and thumb around the top of the shaft just below the glans. when your hands are in position begin to rhythmically squeeze the upper part of the shaft with your fingers while keeping the hands at the base in place and still to keep the pressure on.
In last note, it is a very good idea to have strong kegel muscles as they add to the pressure and will aid greatly in the number of erections you get throughout the day as well as the internal pressure of the erection.

You misread it, he didn't say to get erect during it. It is a cross between a normal manual stretch upwards towards your bellybutton and a JAI stretch from the way I read his description.

Yeh, I actually do these stretches, have been doing them for ages. They are my favourite type of stretch, you get a really good stretch from them as opposed to static stretches.

great questions! the taffy pull can be performed erect or in a flaccid/moderately engorged state. the reason i mention the erections bit is because these exercises specifically target smooth muscle, it will often times lead to a relaxation which will cause an erection. that is actually something im trying to look more into, but its extremely hard to find anything that detailed on smooth muscle. just opinion in this statement, when the erection takes place, this may be a sign that some type of chemical that is inhibiting expansion is being used up by the mechanically initiated chemical reaction. we'll see though.Originally posted by EraStyle View PostIs including the upper half of the glans the only difference between technique 1 and 2?

and yes, it is an erect squeeze essentially like i mentioned, but it mechanically initiates smooth muscle expansion and contraction instead of just holding it in place with a constant static force.

me too! one day i swore i felt just that when i was doing static stretching. not to mention the static stretch always hurt afterwhile when done at that angle. the only thing i feel in terms of pain when doing taffy pulls is a nice soreness in the whole length of the shaft for about 1.5 to 2 days as an indicator i did something.Originally posted by EraStyle View PostI might try doing it as I've never felt comfortable stretching static upwards. All right! I'm still a bit confused... am I supposed to do warmups prior to these exercises? At what ratio should I do them? You say it takes you 20 minutes, so how long does each exercise take to perform?Start 1/1/2014: BPEL 6.5 MEG 5
Current: BPEL 6.7 MEG ??? (Haven't measured, don't care.)

Very interesting post for me because it seems like I have experienced over night girth gains of .25" a few times doing something similar to one of these exercises.
The first time I was high as balls and I just kept trying to jerk off, but I was really squeezing and pulling a 60% erection level for awhile as it didn't dawn on me that I wasn't going to get an erection. The next day I woke up super hard measured bigger and was stoked that my pe routine worked except the gains went away in like 2 days.
The next time I was higher but high on different drugs. Again I tried to masturbate but didn't get an erection for awhile- I actually got one this time. A major difference in these two times was how I was tugging and squeezing my 50-60% erection level I guess I didn't figure to change grip because the next day only part of my penis was plus about +.25 inches in girth.
The last occurrence of suddenish gains were after doing a bunch of extended webcam shows. I couldn't keep an erection for hours so I'd be playing with often a less than usable for penetration erection. Naturally I got tired and took a nap lol. I woke up and unintentionally noticed a way pronounced bulge in my pants. I look inside my pants and it looked like somebody used a penis pump on me in my sleep. Again it was measured about .25" bigger in girth.
Call this crazy or unscientific especially with me admitting drug use, but I've always wondered why this has happened and how to recreate it.
