    You were right gents!!!

    Have just told the wife about PE and I was quite surprised to receive a positive encouragement, I thought it would be met with giggles and being made fun of, I guess you guys were right afterall. Cheers gentlemen for the advice glad I finally took you up on it!

              Hows the ballooning work, isn't it the same as edging? I'm still on JP90

                    PE exercises are the way to go, please START HERE and focus on safety.
