            Okay cool. Hope it is as effective for you as it is for me

            Remember to have between 50-70% erection, cos it is damn intense, especially if you do the three kegels while holding under the glans.

              This is essentially jelqing while clamping, which sounds EXTREMELY dangerous. I will not be trying this exercise. But, I do hope for the best from those who do.

              One comment on the exercise particulars. You say use an underhand (palm facing up) grip with both of the hands, one for clamping and one for jelqing. To me it would seem more effective if you used an overhand with the palm facing down. How can you possibly dig into your CS with an upward facing palm, your index finger would be on the top of your penis, rather than the bottom. I note that you said you can get deeper into the base with an underhand, but I can't understand how that's possible. With an overhand grip you have your other 3 fingers in the way, which limits how far you can press into your base, and especially limits your ability to exert pressure on your CS since you're unable to press as deep. If you used an overhand, you would be able to reach much further down the CS and trap much more blood. I will admit that it would make the additional jelq a bit more difficult though.

              Anyway, just some commentary. I think it's perhaps too intense for most people. I would say, a 6 month period before trying these.

                Yeah I found them pretty intense and uncomfortable, I've only 3 months PE experience so maybe more would be good.
                I only did 50 reps (25 each hand). I usually edge straight after but I couldn't get more than about 70% hard after these.

                  Yeh, they are probably too intense for you man. As I mentioned in the post, they are the most intense exercise I have done. You probably need more experience before doing them. Maybe work up to them in a few months?

                      Nah, not "extremely" dangerous, because the erection level is so low, remember I said 50-70%. I put a disclaimer that one should be at least 6 months experienced before trying these on the first page now, because 3 months was probably not long enough. They are very intense.

                      Palms down (overhand) is actually what I meant for the jelqing hand, doh, my mistake. I will correct it now. And yes you are correct, it makes the jelq a bit more difficult to perform, but as you mentioned you can get right down lower towards the base to dig into your CS more. Thanks for your feedback, damn, can't believe I wrote it up wrong, silly brain was sleepy.

                        Cool, I am glad to hear it mael. They are very intense but also quite rewarding I think, you really feel the pump from them. I would never be able to look at a normal jelq again.

                          Yep, caution is the watchword in this game.
                          However, I've had a very plump flaccid all day today which is cool. I might just do one or two reps at the end of my next session and add a couple each week. Being very careful of course.

                            Yeh that might be a good idea actually. I am a firm believer of the continual loading in PE, just start with a few reps at the start or end of your session and build it up gradually. Yeh, these give you a good plump flaccid the next day, or if you are doing a girth routine (like what I am) and include these within it, wow, crazy plumpness

                              Started doing these last week after reading about them.
                              I've been using a cable clamp instead of an OK grip at the base with fingers, and it's been working very well.
                              My CS is now more prominent at the glans, and wider at my base. Been doing the UJ for about a year, and that exercise has worked well also.

                                Thanks dude, they are my favourite jelqing exercise by far. Definitely one for the more experienced penises in PE haha. Did you try them with the three quick kegels when you are holding just below your glans? Its great for expansion
