    i think you're undertraining. warm-up must be at least 10mins. stretching must only be 30 seconds in each direction (right, left, outward, upward, & downward) while doing short kegels during those stretching. normal jelq 10 mins and V-jelq 5 mins. lastly, 5 mins warm down or do edging. that's it.

      Warm up for ten minutes.

      Jelq at a lower erection level.

      Warm down for five minutes.


      Loss of size and/or turtling for long periods of time is a negative PI..

        by the way, u may do it 2 days on and 1 day off initially, then progress to 3 days on 1 day off after a month

          It's possible to overtrain without your penis feeling sore. That your penis gets smaller for up to three days after is a clear negative PI.

          From your routine it doesn't look like you're working much, but you're jelqing at a fairly high erection level; try staying between 40-70% erect while jelqing.

          Also, how is your EQ during the days after PE'ing? And how is the elasticity when flaccid after PE'ing?

            Yeah, i feel like i am not doing too much. I saw a guy who was doing 200 jelq strokes during his first month and he gained almost an inch in a few months!

            I will start jelqing at a lower percantage though, i just wanted to increase my girth a little more, then to concentrate on my length. I read here that jelqing with a higher erection level, it is good for the girth.

            My erection quality is not the best, however, its not super bad either. I think i can get 80-90 percent hard. When im having sex with my mate i still touch my penis and it feels a bit soft from the outside, specially when im laying down for her to ride me.

              Sounds like overtraining and EQ issues. Are you doing a kegel routine? And try going a week without PE'ing/touching your penis too much and see if your EQ improves over that period; if it does that's a clear sign of overtraining.

                Well i try to do at least 20 kegels everyday but sometimes i forget to do them.

                  I set an alarm to remind me to kegel every day. How long are your kegels? That routine doesn't sound like much; you might want to gradually increase it.

                  And get back to us after going a week off with your PIs and how you feel during the week, such as horniness, relative amount of random boners, etc.
