  • How long to gain 1 inch girth?

    When I started P.E, almost two years ago, I gained 1/2 inch girth, but had to stop due to hanging, which required me to not do any girth exercises.

    Now, that I am approaching my goal I am wanting to know how long it will take me to gain 0.5-1 inch girth please.

    If you are including the 1/2 inch you previously gained, another year or so may be needed. Each guy reacts differently to PE. It took me a little over three years to gain about 3/4 inch.

        I'm thinking I can gain 1/2 inch girth in 6 months. Pump 3 times per day and do all the advanced techniques such as the wrap girth exercise for the glans and clamping if required.

        I'm hoping to get to 9 inch length by December and 9.5 inch by July next year - an exciting prospect. That would be 2.5 inches in just 2..5 years!

          Doubtful, unless you go to great extremes - leads to injury. Very few if any of the top gainers achieved 1" per year. If you set your goals too high you will get discouraged and quit.

            Yeh. My gains have been quite good so far. The 0.5 inch girth only took about 6 months last time. It's strange, because it's maintained. Probably because I do erect kegals each week.

            The length has slowed down, it took 7 months to get my last 0.5 inch. So far 1.5 inch and a bit. 7 months from June is Jan next year. So will have to wait and see. It's all about positive thinking. The goals are so important. Got to maintain focus.

              Mind if I ask what has been your routine? I've been trying virtually everything with no length gain at all. Also, what is this "wrap girth exercise for the glans", it sounds interesting.

                I do 6 sets hanging. I did size gentics with VLC tugger and manual streches when I first started out.

                The wrap girth thing is where you start at the base with some wrap - for me I guess I would use the same theraband wrap I use for hanging. You get erect do a kegal, then wrap semi tight at the base, then wrap again. As you keep wrapping towards the glans all that blood is going to the glans. So it's good for that mushroom head look. It's more effective then using your hands.

                      im still working on the first fooking 0.1 so for me im thinking a life time iv so far built a long twig need to turn it into a log but its looking unlikely lol. ahh well, im going to stay hopeful still early days yet.

                        I am aiming for the 3 years to gain 1 inch myself. 0.4 inches in the first year, so still leaves me with a big challenge ahead.

                          kickinthemebs we started about the same stats and around the same time. what are you doing to get all that length?
                          8/1/13: MSEG 4.75", BPEL 6.25"
                          3/27/18: MSEG 5.25, BPEL, 7.25"

                            Look at my log in my signature, the first page is the best overview on my past year. Lots of different things in there, but mainly bundled stretches, KITJ, and phallosan for my length gains.
