I've been doing big al's advanced jelq free routine for few weeks now, still have some question
how long should I hold the sweeze ? are red dots normal ? is it a sign of over trainning ?
are side to side streches suppose to be made right in front of your legs ? (pointing towards the floor )
I know there is a video on big al's thread but my computer is kinda messed up right now and I Can't read it
