    Hi guys. I've been just doing a few stretches and tunica tugs each time I go to the bathroom, mostly at walmarts where I'm car camping. I'm on the road so can't do a consistent routine or jelque. However over the last ten days my EQ has increased a LOT, masturbating feels more pleasurable and although I can't measure to be sure my penis looks and feels bigger and straighter. I think due to increased EQ and also a looser/more elastic tunica and ligaments. Probably temporary gains that would disapear if I stopped stretching already. I was really pleased with this though, but it scared me a little at first to see my penis change.

    However my penis is a little sore, maybe because of stretching, maybe because I end up masturbating after every time I stretch so like three times a day or so. I'm terrified of suddenly coming down with incurable peyronies! Should I rest? I don't even jelq ffs! Also around the top of my shaft just below the glans I have a little bit of constriction, as in this part does not widen out as quickly as the rest of the shaft until I am past a semi. I think this is because that's where my ok grip squeezes while stretching so that part is more compressed and not getting loosened up. Don't want this to get worse. Does it sound like I'm doing any damage?

    No damage. Just take a rest day every three or four days, masturbating three times a day doesn't help either. Once a day or every other day would be a better way to go.

      I also think that there is no damage. You need a day of rest. Exercises for PE work 3 to 5 times a week, then you just take the day - two days of rest. Then again start with exercises. Maybe it really better to masturbate once a day.
