I've been taking 1,500mg Larginine, 240mg Ginkgo Biloba and 30mg Zinc for the past 3 months and was thinking about taking some time off from the supplements so my body doesn't become reliant on them and need a higher dose (sound like a good idea?)
How long do you think it would take to get all the supplements out of my system? A week?
