  • Penis Enlargement Exercises

    I never found exercises that were designed to actually *lengthen* your penis, just make it thicker. I just need to hear from people who know of hand exercises designed to lengthen it as well.

    Stretches (instructions are in the JP 90 routine). You'll first see an improvement in your flaccid. Done it for 2 weeks, haven't seen any erect length gain yet, but flaccid is looking slightly longer.

        You can also take a look at this website (Grow Penis Size and Girth | Penis Enlargement & Male Enhancement), where are exercises to increase only the length or girth. Good luck with your PE.
        Start Length - 6.1 (BPEL), Start Girth - 4.5 (MEG)

          Not quite sure (I'm a beginner too), but like I said, in 2 weeks I saw gains in flaccid. It might take you the same amount of time, it might take less or more, but so far I think consistency is the key to seeing any gains. You've got to be consistent even if you don't see any gains, just keep going (as long as your technique is right, and there are videos to show you).

            Jelq, jelq, jelq!

            One part of stretching is loosening ligaments to allow for more length. The other, is breaking flesh barriers in the penis by jelqing blood through them, and ultimately breaking down these barriers and allowing for more blood to be in your penis at any given time.

            Jelqing helps with both of these. Not as much loosening ligs as a real good stretch, but there is a bit of pulling when you jelq.
            Pre-PE
            BPEL = 6.0", EG = 4.6", V = 10.10 sq"

            Current (10/7/14)

            BPEL = 6.75", EG = 4.75", V = 12.12 sq"
            ( 20% Increase)


            Goal
            7.5x5.25 or 16.45 sq"
            (63% increase)

              There are very good exercises on your website for penis enlargement. Thanks for this. So I have to start it with basic stretch or can do anything.
