    I want to apologize for my crappy English in advance!

    I've been doing PE exercises for 18 months or something like that and haven't had any real results. Truth be told i only did basic jelqs combined with kegels and some bends. I kicked stretches out my program pretty quick. Yeah i know, i'm a god damn moron!

    I'm ready for a fresh start! This is what i came up with:

    Goal: Epic dicksize & girth

    Program:

    Warm Up

    Basic Stretch (4 Directions): 8 x 30 sec
    A - Stretch: 4 x 30 sec

    V Jelq: 40 Reps
    Side Jelq: 20 Reps

    Erect Stretch: 2 x 30 sec

    Uli: 4 x 30 sec
    Horse Squeeze: 4 x 30 Sec

    Kegels: 50

    Edging: 10 Minutes (Edging is just mastrubating right? No special grip or technique?)

    Give it a bit of time and more people will respond

    Just a few tips ... 1. Make sure to warm up around 15 minutes. 2. Read up on Edging -> edging 101 (in Kingpoles sig). 3. Try holding your kegels with practice not just short bursts.

        I used to hate stretching. Now I like it. The key to stretching is keeping your grip and pull comfortable.

          Don't you think it is a bit too intense, too early for erect stretch, since you are start fresh with stretching?

              What are you stats?
              Asian penis size is a myth....

              Pre-Pe=7.35 x 5
              Currently= 8.34 x 6
              Post-Pe/Goal=(10.5 x 7.5)

                Yes, 15-seconds is plenty. Be sure to do some helicopter shakes between your stretches. Congrats on the gains!
