  • Need some motivation.

    Ok so I have been doing PE since the beginning of August. It's kind of tough because of work and I am a very social person and what not. My routine is 1 day on 1 day off which is a perfect fit in my schedule since I work a full day on my rest day and a half day on my PE day. So lately I have had a lot going through my mind and some problems and what not. For the most part I have been feeling very unmotivated to do PE. I haven't missed a day or anything and I know I will feel like crap if I do but I measured yesterday and I have had no gains. I don't understand though because my penis is looking and feeling nice but it almost feels like the measurements aren't right. I think I may have measured wrong when I first started also which puts me a bit down. I just don't know anymore. I think my goals are realistic. My current measurements are BPEL: 6'' and EG: 4.75'' and my goals are BPEL;7.5'' and for girth I don't really care but just a bit over 5'' I guess. I also want flaccid length gains also. I haven't measured that though. I have noticed that my flaccid hang is a lot longer though and it just feels more fuller. I don't know why I am feeling unmotivated. I think it may have to do with my social life as well. I want to go to the bar, hang out with girls, start going to the gym, etc and I feel like I can't do that with PE. I have never had problems with my penis size wise and from personal experience I can tell you that many girls don't care about size but more about foreplay. I am willing to put in 3 to 5 years in PE honestly. Once I'd reach my goal I would do a cementing routine for a year or so. I'd do it. I just need a bit motivation. I was super motivated when I first started but now I'm just like ugh I got to do my PE routine. Can anybody give me some words of wisdom or motivation?

    The way I see it, you wrote out why you should be motivated in your OP. Your member is "looking and feeling nice" and your "flaccid hang is a lot longer." I saw the same thing when I first started out and it thrilled the crap out of me.

    Yes, it takes time - not just in time to reach your goals but the every day time to do the work. But an hour every other day isn't too much to give to not only reach your goals but also to see the changes you already have, is it?

    I'm pretty sure a veteran like Big Al would say going into your workouts unmotivated or dreading it is not worth it - I would agree. So, either realize that what you have already seen is worth it or don't. But if you don't, I guess you have to ask yourself how you plan on sticking with this for years if you can't be satisfied by the changes you've made so far.

    Not trying to harsh - but when it comes down to it, you have to find the motivation in yourself. Maybe a night out would be good. Take that longer flaccid out to the bar and strut with confidence.

      The only motivation to be found, is found within yourself and no one else. That's something YOU need to gain. If you have confidence, you will have no problem doing the things that you want to do. If you've never had problems with your size, then what's the rush? Just make an effort to get into a routine. It doesn't have to be a 5 day routine, it can be 2, or 3 at first. Once you get a routine, you decide whether or not you want to invest more time into it. Maybe if you focus more on what makes you happy and what you want to do, rather than on gaining, perhaps with a routine, your gains will fall into place.

        Keep it up! I definately saw a better flacid before I saw any gains.
        I've added a 1/4 inch since July but my primary motivation is for PremE which is as much psychological as it is physical.

            Dont get down about it mate .Its normal for some people to feel like that .I was the same and very impatient .I just wanted gains .....fast .just dont do what I did and think if you stretch or jelq harder that it will work faster it really dosnt .I just got a strong dick and now im hanging 12 pounds and still not reaching proper fatigue.try and make sure you stick to your routine like a religion which is easy with a 1 on 1 off routine and try not to think to much about it my gains came when I least expected them ....right before I was ready to give up

                I think everybody has covered it already, but (possibly going against the grain): dude if you don't enjoy it, don't do it.

                A lot of people come here because their dick is below the average size or they have Pre-E or ED, and you're not reporting any of those. Your size is fine, and you're not reporting any of the problems, so you are free to walk away mate...

                But: if you wanna add some size to your dick, that stays with you all of your life, then I guess you need to find you're mojo again. I'll let everybody else sort that for you, I just wanted to say that your dick is fine, PE is optional.

                  Motivation and words of encouragement? You want to gain 1.5 inches in length, that is certainly possible, I am nearly there myself. However, you have to be willing to put in a lot of work one way or another. There are less troublesome methods that won't really affect your life too much, or that you can multitask with like different devices. Otherwise you need to dedicate a small portion of your week to PE.

                  1.5 inches in certainly possible, but for "most" it takes two years or more. For motivation, check out the PE Gym Top Performers thread in my signature link. I go to that regularly to get inspired to make the table some day (hopefully friggin soon, this last 1/8 inch feels like it is going to take forever!).

                    Start by getting 30 min every other day, or manual stretches a few days in a row (some would disagree but you can even remove the warm up previous the stretches). You can definitely find time for this, but usually it's when we start being active and doing more things we find out we can do even more.
                    As Rybina said you definitely don't need to do it, your size is fine, anyways you should enjoy lif, so go on and start doing the great stuff you want to do. Don't care about PE, have fun and live!
