  • almost painful morning wood - good or bad PI?

    hey, i've been doing JP90 combine with plateau edging for 3 month (Plateau edging for 1 month). before i've met PEGym i rarely ever had morning wood. since opening a log in PreE forum and started doing what the experts there told me to - i felt a tremendous positive change in controling my PONR and edging. i also noticed i had extremely hard morning wood. sometimes in the mornings after days i've been doing 45+ minutes of edging i would've woken up FROM my hard erection. the pain was mainly caused by my underwear. i needed to take down my clothes and then after a minute or so i would feel much better. during the day i can have an erection with my pants on and i wouldnt feel any pain. i once measured my penis and he was 0.4in longer with the 'painful' morning wood. i should note i dont feel actual pain when im without clothes but i do feel my vains pumped and my penis filled with blood.

    i tend to believe its a positive PI, but i just wanted to make sure since i've made some mistakes in the past with PE.
    Starting Stats - September 2014 : 6.2in BPEL, 4.7in MEG.
    Current Stats - November 2014 : 7in BPEL, 5.5in MEG.
    Short term goal : 7.5in BPEL, 5.5 MEG.

    Well it is positive,try changing your underwear maybe it's too tight,i don't have any experience in that so you should ask some more experienced members.That's certainly a positive PI,i think you should read this after finish JP90s.

        Sounds like a problem I wouldn't mind having it all it seemed I had to do was change up my underwear.

          It's a great PI and it also suggests that you may want to focus on length gains.
          Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

            I LOVE THAT! I have the same issue. I have some mornings when my EQ is so high that it wakes me up, because it feels so hard. It is a peasant mildly painful feeling like my penis is being stretched internally from the pressure.

            You must be doing things right!
            (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
            (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
            Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
            Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

              ok, what should i do \ add? i currently doing JP90. should i add more stretches? maybe 20 minutes before and after bed? more jelqing?

              all i was doing (and others should) is follow Minuteman, longerlastingnoob, jonpop and bigO instructions :-). i actually think that happened thanks to Pre E forum and plateau edging.

                  I started getting erections so hard throughout the night, that they actually woke me up and my sleep was getting messed up...for me, I knew it was time my penis was reconditioned and upped my workout a bit and worked in some more advanced stretches...happy pulling bro!

                    As long as you can properly distinguish between the pleasant but slightly uncomfortable "skin spltting" feeling of your penis growing in EQ and something potentially harmful like an injury or an infection, it sounds like you're on the right track

                      Try some of the advanced stretches like A - stretches if your past 90 days of PE.
                      Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
