  • An important question !!!!

    Dear Pegym,

I have recently gained a lot of weight and I didn't even realize it. I thought I was maintaining my intake of calories. I did however, a few months ago (6 to 7) started increasing my calories intake (not too much) because I wanted to supplement my PE workouts to get a bigger penis. I want to shed my excess weight and get back to being thin. Will this affect my penis size in any way ? Will being skinny make my penis smaller ?

Nope! Actually, it will appear bigger, because any extra weight increasing the fat pad and covering the "visible" amount of the penis will be reduced.

The added health benefit may give your blood flow, and in turn, your EQ, a boost.

As for actually changing the size physically, no.

    Good luck SLAL.

Thanks a lot workin_4_it ..... I was worried that if I was too thin my penis would lose some size .... If that's not the case then I will get back to being thin and even better .....

Yeah, reducing the fat pad will help in making the penis look visually bigger. Gaining weight through eating more food is counterproductive as the fat pad would possibly get bigger. Like Workin_4_it said, working out can help in better blood flow and better EQ. Keep up on working out.

            Really?
Your weight may play a role on EQ and fat pad depending on how much but it has nothing to do with gains in the PE. It is not like you are pumping iron on your penis which only has smooth muscle so that is out the window. You should keep track of your weight for health and gym reasons.

If you're looking at building the penis like you would for bodybuilding, you're on the wrong track. For one, PE should be looked at more like gymnastics or yoga than bodybuilding in the way the penile tissues are worked. Second, the penis would require little in the way of nutritional resources for recovery. If you're looking to maximize the appearance of your penis size, you'd be better off focusing on losing body fat- and improving your cardio to maximize performance.

You stated you increased your calorie intake because you began doing PE work, you should rethink the basis of calories... when you're doing PE you're not burning an excessive amount of calories so there would be no need to boost your calories because even if you are burning say 50 calories doing PE that isn't enough to even adjust your calorie intake.

Hopefully you didn't gain too much and you can work the excess fat gain off with no problem.

About the only correlation would be if you were starving your body to the point it starts shutting down, it wouldn't be able to repair the micro-damage PE does since there wouldn't be enough resources to do so. Assuming you have a decent diet and are not in poverty I don't think it has that big of a difference either way. Just eat healthy and stretch and jelq, and stretch and jelq, etc, etc.

Also like others have said, dropping some weight might make it look bigger. Half the reason I'm stepping up cardio now is to get in better shape, and the other half is to hopefully get my fat pad down to 0.5 or less.
