    My penis when flaccid retracts to only about an inch. Is there any way to make it so it doesn't do that?

      If increasing flaccid size is of interest, PE in general will do that over time.

      But there are a few exercises, and variations, that have been known to help it along. Not all are necessary, but there they are to choose from.

        After 2 months of PE mine still turtles, especially when sitting, but I do find it hangs fuller most of the time. Also I've gained around 0.5 in flaccid length which also helps, as I used to turtle to around 3.5", but now the smallest I've seen is 3.75".

          One of my favorite things about PE is the effect it has had on my flaccid. I hardly turtle at all these days although exercising out in the cold every morning is changing that but everything is good to go after a nice warm shower afterwards.

            Guys, I'll tell you what was driving me absolutely crazy - Waking up in the middle of the night and my member being nearly GONE! I sleep on my stomach and my unit was a lazy flaccid before PE and what was happening was my body weight was shoving my little stump the wrong direction. Thank goodness that doesn't happen any more. My absolute minimum is around 4.5" now, so it has to bend sideways instead of being so short and getting shoved literally almost inside my body.

            I remember many a night getting hold of what I could grab and pulling it and laying it over, but it would just sneak back slowly to the dreaded turtle. If I don't gain another mm from here on out, so be it. I'm just so damn happy that the turtle is gone.

              Gaining length and girth will make it bigger. It will also be bigger when you are jelqing - most of the effect drops after a few weeks after quiting jelqing. Extending makes it a little a little longer all the time (1-2 cm).
              After I started PE it only turtles when im doing sports etc.

                I have always turtled. Prior to PE I could turtle down to1 inch or less. Five years later I still turtle but only down to 2.5"

                  not2big, what gives with that? Is it the ligament that does this? I'm being serious...This cost me a lot of pretty girls when I was younger and I'm upset with myself.

                    I have been pumping for five years and extending for four years. As a result. I have increase my EL by about 1". I assume my Flaccid has responded accordingly.

                      No, I mean about the turtle effect. Why does that happen? And I had it REALLY bad. Is it that ligament pulling back? What I'm finding strange is the longer I get flaccid-wise, the more my pants tug at it when I'm sitting down now. Down the left pant leg. Kinda like a free hanging session.

                          Turteling, in my opinion, is primarily a genetic trait. Some do and some don't. Not much you can do about it except make everything bigger. Bigger dick begets a bigger turtled, flaccid dick.

                            I find if you can reduce stress it happens less, although that's easier said than done in this day and age.

                            Like you said though, not much you can do but try/hope your flaccid gets bigger with PE. Mine has, and I hope to gain even more.

                              In my opinion if the ligament tightened, your flaccid would be horizontal.
                              So no it's just blood leaving the area. It depends on the individual, the weather, anxiety/tight pelvic floor, the position of the moon among the stars etc..
