  • Routine Advice Is Appreciated

I've been doing PE Exercise since late May of 2012. In the beginning it was simple. I've achieved great gains. 1.5 in length and .75 in girth. Newbie gains I suppose. They came fairly quickly and easily for the most part. All within a year.

Since coming back from a 15 month break in August of this year, things aren't going as smoothly as they had before. Things are slower. Much slower. Since Aug. I've recorded a .25 gain in length and no pick up in girth. My goal is to pick-up another inch in length and .50 - .75 in girth. So I've adopted this routine.

10-15 Minute Warm-Up (Microwavable Heating Pad)
    Light Stretches
8 to 10 Hrs. of Extending
    50 -75 Wet Jelqs
20 Minutes Pumping (Bathmate 40x Extreme)

Workout schedule is 4 on with 2 off. I've been working this routine for about a month now.

    Some Observations

In the beginning, I work a 3 on 1 off schedule. I found that wasn't enough resting time. On my first workout day back I was sore a lot. After switching to a 2 off schedule, I don't have the soreness. That's why the 4 and 2 schedule.

I thought my EQ would suffer, but it's been the opposite. My morning wood have become firmer than usual. And I've been getting frequent middle of the night boners as well. Not as much on my workout days but a lot on my off days.

    PI Indictors

On occasions I have dipped in to the neutral zone. Soreness (but not a painful soreness), Edema (since switching to the 40X Extreme not as much), and turtling after workout. By the next workout day, symptoms fade. The other day my wife commented on my flaccid hang. It looks longer to her. So I take this as a positive sign. A question I have is while wearing the rods I get erections constantly. But when wearing the belt I don't. Is this normal?

I feel as though something is being left out. I'm too close to the issue to see it clearly. That's why I'm opening this up to the forum. I have been considering starting progress log but I want to get the kinks worked out first.

    Comments. Suggestions?

I believe one reaches a plateau at which point gains start to slow down. 8 to 10 hours of extending seems more than enough to make gains.

I have never been a fan of water pumping for making permanent gains though some guys seem to achieve good gains with the BM. You may want to consider an air pump with a vacuum gauge so you can better monitor your routine. I attribute most of my girth gains to two daily sessions at 5 hg for twenty minutes each and one weekly session at 4 hg for 45 plus minutes.

Pretty much. Had a lot of personal issues that made it difficult for me to focus on PE.

I have given this idea some thought. I have a pump with a gauge just need a cylinder. If I did this though, how would I work this into the routine?

One day Bathmate next time air pump. That is one possibility.

Or, replace the BM with the air pump in your routine and do another twenty minutes with the BM at a different time during the day.
