  • A question for PE veterans

Apologies for the title, I tried to fit the subject of the thread into the title but it wouldn't fit! I've also searched the forums regarding this matter and nothing came up, so I thought I'd ask this:

I'm nearly a third of my way through my 9 month extending routine. I do not compliment my extending with jelqing, manual stretching, pumping, clamping, hanging or so on. I just warm up, extend and then warm down. My routine consists of high levels of tension with less hours (4 hours a day) that also sees a faster increase of rods than a standard routine. Because of this, I do not want to overwork my penis by adding any other form of PE to my extending.

My question is, what are my options after this extending routine? Will my penis be conditioned and toughened up by the extending to the point where I will only see limited success with hands-on PE, if any success at all?

I am planning on pumping after my extending routine finishes 6 months from now and I'm hoping for 0.5" of EG gains. I imagine this is fairly reasonable, even after the extender routine, as it's focusing more on girth than length. However, what if my extending routine doesn't yeild satisfactory results? Will my only option be hanging? Would jelqing and manual stretching be pointless after such a long period of extending at high tension?

All replies are very much appreciated

I do not think the extender will limit your future gains.

Manual exercises will still give you gains, depending on the intensity and how your body will respond, you can climb up the advanced exercises ladder one step at a time and make good gains, or hanging, which also has its conditioning, intermediate and advanced steps.

Pumping is good for girth, but I recommend you condition your penis with manual first.

Hi KFH. I agree with MrB8. I believe you can still make gains with manual exercises even if you spend a year with the extender. Sometimes changing up exercises helps growth. My initial gains came mostly from hanging and jelqing. I personally love hanging, but no longer have the time/privacy for it, but it is by no means your only option.

Currently I am on a 1 year plan which consists of a short/simple but intense jelqing/squeezing routing. The key is to stick with it and not get discouraged.

My advice would be not to worry too much about your next step. You are 3 months into a 9 month plan. Start mapping out your next steps when you get closer to month 8. There are so many options for PE exercises that I don't think you will have a very hard time finding something else that will work for you.

Good luck with your PE endeavors. I hope you exceed your goals.

I'm afraid I can't say that I do, I'm not entirely sure what stamina training may consist of. Is it exercises like kegels? I did sets of kegels at the start of the routine throughout the day but read somewhere, possibly on this forum, that you should avoid doing kegels when you're using an extender so I stopped to be on the safe side. Would you recommend stamina training?

Thanks Sean, hanging does sound good and I hope to hang one day, if necessary that is! I will definitely try manual stretching after the extender though, that's for sure.

My progress with the extender routine is okay, but as I feared I have ran into injuries on the way. This specific routine is apparently known for separating the men from the boys, in the space of 60 days a user would go from stretching 4cms under his NBPEL to 4.5cm over it at day 60 (usually stretching at around 20.5cm depending on their initial size).

I started at 6.5" BPEL and the last time I measured (at the 2 month mark) I was 6.85" BPEL, EG unsurprisingly unchanged. I realise this sounds good, but I've had to take quite a lot of days off for injuries (prolonged numbness of the glans and discolouration) which has probably affected my potential gains somewhat. I doubt I'll have made much progress this month, as every time I take rest days, I start from a lower tension and work my way back up, so I'm quite far behind where I should be (currently at 19.5cm, should be at 21.5cm). My EQ has also suffered and the high levels of tension really is quite challenging, to the point where I've had to alter the routine so I can continue a gradual increase of rods.

So far I've been using MB's VacExtender 3 mod which is much better than the default noose attachment provided with my extender but the vacuum still reduces circulation to the glans. I've ordered the VLC-tugger, as I'm uncut, to replace the VacExtender due to it placing less pressure on the glans. I'm not too sure how it will handle such high levels of tension though, it's probably going to slip off all the time, but we'll see!

I suggest not pushing so hard. No gains are worth injury. Take it a little slower.

Kegels and Stop and Starts are the preferred stamina exercises. The exception is if you're very sexually active- in which case, that should take care of any of your stamina needs- provided you can maintain a total full erection time of 60 minutes per week to compensate.

You can kegel after your extender work (or even before).

There's a "stamina only" routine outlined here that you can append to your extender routine.

Unless you have any negative issues stemming from the procedure you should be OK to train like anyone else. There might be certain movement you may not be able to execute but extending should be fine.
