    I was thinking about my goals in PE and my life overall. During these two weeks of JP90 and kegels I have stopped porn completely, started jogging, going to the gym, I eat much healthier and I have already seen a change in my ED and mood. 3 months ago I had sex with a woman sober and I was unable to come the whole time and lost my erections eventually. When I took my starting pictures I had nude pictures in front of me and it took me almost half an hour, because every time I got proper erection I had about 3 seconds to take that picture before it started to go flaccid. Last night when I went to bed I decided to test my erection and got a boner in same position that I took the starting picture. Not only did I get an erection really fast without any visual stimulation, but it stayed up and did that twitching move up and down as bloods pumps into it. Then I realized that I really didn't have a ED problem, I was just not taking care of myself.

    You can imagine and some can relate to how a guy in mid 20's starts to feel when he is unable to perform in bed with a real girl, but is able to come to that weird shit I watched just 3 months ago ( I stopped watching video porn shortly after that night, but kept watching pictures). How he is unable to get an erection without any physical and visual stimulation and morning boners are rare. I had always thought that older people get ED's and I wouldn't have to worry about it for a loooong time. What the hell was wrong with me!

    I took my penis for granted! Like there was nothing I could do if I ever developed an ED. It was just meant to be...

    For me this isn't anymore about changing my life for this time period that I will be doing PE to get better gains and improve EQ which I had in my mind when I started. It is about changing my life for the rest of my life. I need to keep healthy habits, exercise regularly and leave porn for good and I'm ready.

    So to point. Even if you don't have ED and especially if you do I want you to think about your life. How are you living it? Are you taking care of your health? Don't take your penis for granted. Even if you do have EQ of 10, but you aren't taking care of yourself in a few years thing could be different and your going to act then? Act now. And I want everyone who is really thinking of getting a big penis ask yourself "am I willing to take care of myself now and also when I'm older", because lets face it bigger penis needs more blood and your heart needs to be in good shape to keep it up. I wouldn't recommend starting PE if you are lazy, because I am pretty sure it's going to show later on. Unless you don't mind using your hand to support your penis whilst having sex like some porn actors

    (Not sure where to post this since it's about ED, but also for those who don't have ED and warning for beginners someone may move to right place)

          The same could be said for our bodies in general. Our bodies will give back what we put into them. Neglect them and they will react accordingly. It's amazing how many people started bettering many other aspects of their lives when they come here and start doing PE. It's kind of a wake-up call ... and it puts things into perspective. Take care of your body ... and it will take care of you.

            I completely agree about taking our penises for granted. Not everyone has an issue but for some of us our penises are completely unreliable. I've brought it back to how it sort of was when I was a teenager (I'm 26 right now) but yeah I went through a patch where I was very concerned about my libido and my barely-functioning penis. I think if you start taking care of it, other things slot in to place since you need to obviously need to look after your body. Seeing or feeling it grow and function better gives you a heck of a lot by way of confidence and from there you feel like you can do anything. I do at least I enjoyed that post and remember, it's often never as bad as you think things are.

              Great post man, and definitely congrats on your gains! It's great how PE can inspire us to take better care of our whole bodies, we just are sensitive enough about our favorite appendage that we can get knocked out of laziness! I wish stuff like this could be included in sexual education, whether in school or at home. Not necessarily how to make yourself bigger or better in bed, but how to take care of yourself when we are inevitably masturbating as teenagers. Imagine if we could all go back and not whack it to porn in as rushed a manner as possible.

                  I'm 46 and the number one reason why I've been PE'ing is EQ. I tried JP90 and didn't expect much of anything but my EQ went up noticeably during week 2. At this point I get morning wood just about every morning and I didn't notice that over the years my morning wood had almost disappeared. I think there is a huge amount of guys out there over 40 who just doing a simple PE routine wood greatly benefit them. In the over 50 crowd ED is very common.

                  Some length and girth increases are great but EQ is more important especially if ED is setting in. If you're in your 20's and ED is setting in there is something very wrong with your lifestyle. Also drugs are drugs whether a doctor gave them to you or you bought them black market, if your dick stopped working that's the first thing to look at.

                    Awesome post, I was somewhat hesitating to do PE for EQ, but now I will test it again. It is somewhat discouraging to read that some ppl had worse EQ from jelq for instance, but I don't have much to loose though

                        This post made me think of something else. As many people said other aspects of life start improving when you practice pe. Even seemingly non related lifestyle choices. As men we are often criticized for our penis centric behavior. Hell even as men I'm sure a few of us wished from time to time that we focused on it less. BUT we are men and being focused on our sex organ is built straight in to our psychology. We notice our penis and are fascinated with it at a young age and why not? It is one of the most amazingly engineered creations for many reasons. It is no surprised that being satisfied with ones sexuality is huge fundamental benefit towards other aspects of life.

                          Thanks for the positivity guys and I am glad you agree!

                          I had yet another good experience yesterday as I masturbated for the first time since I started. I was a bit nervous, because I did it before my PE exercises would I be able to keep the blood flowing. Well I had no problems what so ever! And I didn't even have to use any pictures unlike on day 1. This is from my log when I started:

                          "Day 1: JP90

                          How I felt: To be honest pretty shit. I don't know if it was because of my ED problem or because I masturbated 1 hour prior (accident I was trying to take my starting picture and tried to edge) I was unable to get proper erection levels. I had to go online and seek nude pictures which I am trying to stop! Well tomorrow is another day and I will see if it was because of the orgasm."

                            Congrats on the progress apjelq - all positive signs even if your not gaining. There is a lot more to function over just an increase in size and it sounds like your "cumming" along great!
