Actually right now I am only dong stretches in the JP90 routine. I wonder what you think about it? I do not jelq because my PI is still sensitive, so I cannot jelq below 80% erection. However, I can maintain 40-50% erection during the stretching exercise.

You may gain some length, but it is very unlikely you will gain girth. Have you tried to release right before the work out? I suggest you continue to give a go to jelqing until you get used to it, 5 mn a day and I'm sure you'll make progress.https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...a-jelqing.html

I'm saying that you should start any of the stretches you do- whether they be of the high volume or high intensity type with moderately light force. I concur. I learned this the hard way from all my years running, and over-stretching hamstring and calf muscles.
